Formed in 1994 close to Lichfield Cathedral from where we took our name, we became a limited company in 2007.

A Learning & Guidance Centre for formal and informal learning - working in partnership  with European Countries to disseminate knowledge

​​Providing holistic business analysis and diagnosis for all cultures and sectors of business life, providing the maximum support and guidance to each client e.g. national health trusts, religious sector, manufacturing  Diagnosis can be against National Standards – Investors in People, Business Excellence Model, or specifically against criteria set by The organisation.

Some resent projects:

• Developed a Business Plan and Feasibility Study for a Sikh Nursery, Creche & After School Club.
• Advised on the development of a Centre for Abused Women in Birmingham; a feasibility study to provide a social enterprise company for the empowerment and personal development of women and children; 
• Chairman of the Trustees of Dudley Social Business Partnership involved with the strategy for the employment of the physically challenged, training programmes. staff development and dissemination of knowledge to European countries.
